This is a short summary of activities within the ACP during the months October-December 2017.

The ACP EC welcomes feedback and suggestions from the ACP community. We encourage you to engage with the ACP EC to help design new initiatives that promote constraint programming.

ACP.1: CP2018 Conference

The 24th International Conference on Principles and Practice of Constraint Programming (CP 2018) takes place in Lille, France from the 27th to the 31th August, 2018. The conference will continue the successful format of thematic tracks, doctoral program, workshop and tutorial programs, and much more. Important dates for paper submission:

  • April 12: Abstract submission
  • April 18: Paper submission
  • May 15-19: Author response period
  • June 1: Notification
  • June 15: Camera ready

Important dates for proposers of workshops :

  • April 8: Workshop proposal submission deadline,
  • April 15: Workshop acceptance notification,
  • May 13: Workshop webpage available on CP website,
  • May 13: First call for papers (or abstracts, participation…),
  • July: (TBD) Early registration deadline (accepted speakers must have received notifications),

ACP.2: CP2019 Conference

The selection of Program Chair (Thomas Schiex), Conference Chair (David Bergman) and venue (University of Connecticut-Stamford) for the 25th International Conference on Principles and Practice of Constraint Programming (CP 2019), has been finalised. The conference will take place from September 30th to October the 4th, 2019.

ACP.3: ACP Summer School 2018

We are happy to announce that the 14th Summer School for the ACP will take place from the 4th to the 8th of June 2018 in Jackson, Wyoming, USA, at the Snow King Resort. The Summer School is organised by Lars Kotthoff (University of Wyoming) and has a great set of speakers, including Chris Beck, Serdar Kadıoğlu, Lars Kotthoff, Laurent Michel, Christian Schulte, and Helmut Simonis.
