ACP.1: CP 2012 website archived

The website of CP 2012 (Québec City, Canada) has expired and has been archived on the ACP website.

ACP.2: CP 2014 balance

Yves Deville and Christine Solnon have closed the accounts of CP 2014 (Lyon, France) and wired 10,934 euros to the ACP. The ACP EC thanks them for a well-organised conference and will invest their profit wisely.

ACP.3: CP 2016 website open

The website of CP 2016 is open. Recall that it will be held 5 to 9 September 2016 in Toulouse, France, with Michel Rueher as Programme Chair and a team led by Thomas Schiex as Conference Chair.

ACP.4: CP 2017 in Melbourne, Australia

The ACP EC has awarded CP 2017 to a team led by Guido Tack and Peter Stuckey as Conference Chairs. It will be held 28 August to 1 September 2017 in Melbourne, Australia. It will normally be held on the same premises as IJCAI 2017 the week before: shared events and deadline coordination will take place, and CP 2017 will, as usual, run only under the auspices of the ACP and have its own proceedings. A Programme Chair will be appointed soon.

ACP.5: ACP Summer School 2015 sponsorship

The ACP EC has allocated a maximum of 5,200 euros for fixed expenses to the ACP Summer School 2015 on New Frontiers in Constraint Programming, held 8 to 11 July 2015 in Toronto, Canada.

ACP.6: ACP Summer School 2016: Call For Proposals

The Association for Constraint Programming invites proposals for organizing the ACP Summer School on Constraint Programming in 2016. Since its establishment, the summer school has been a major success with feedback from student attendees being very positive.

The proposed topic of the school can be on general CP or on a specific research subject. A complete list of ACP summer schools can be found here:
http://www.a4cp.org/events/summer-schools

Members of the CP community who are interested in organizing the 2016 Summer School should send a proposal to secretary@a4cp.org by August 31 2015, covering the following aspects:

  1. topic of the school
  2. location

  6. provisional budget
