Dear ACP members,

A few more things regarding the vote. First, wanted to confirm that the vote starts on the 20th of July 2020, not on the 15th of July, which was incorrectly mentioned in a previous email.

Second, by popular demand, we have created a google group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/cp-lipics-or-springer) for ACP members to discuss the pros/cons of LIPICS/Springer. Anyone can see the discussions, but only group members can contribute. If you want to contribute, simply request to be a member of the group.

And third, Eugene Freuder just made us aware of the SharedIt facility of Springer (see https://www.springernature.com/gp/researchers/sharedit) which is already there for our CP proceedings. Essentially, this provides all authors with a shareable link to view-only versions of their papers, where everyone can see the published version of the paper (but not download or print it), and use Enhanced PDF features such as annotation tools, one-click supplements, citation file exports and article metrics. We will update this info in the document asap.

Looking forward to the vote!
