CP Conference Organisation Policy

1. Bidding for the Conference Organisation

The ACP Executive Committee (EC) holds the annual International Conference on Principles and Practice of Constraint Programming (CP). If you are interested in organising a future CP conference, then you need to make a proposal to the Conference Coordinator of the EC (conf-coordinator@a4cp.org). A proposal consists of volunteering to be Conference Chairs (CC) of the conference and to be responsible for the budget and local arrangements in the proposed city.

Anti-Harassment Policy

The open exchange of ideas is central to the mission of the Association for Constraint Programming (ACP). This requires an environment that embraces diversity and provides a safe, welcoming environment for all.

As a result, in 2018 the ACP adopted the following anti-harassment policy (based on the one adopted by the ACM also in 2018) to be observed during all ACP activities, including:

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy

The ACP shares the policy of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that ACP’s greatest strengths come from the people who make up our community. The ACP is committed to fostering an inclusive community with opportunities for all participants without regard to age, religion, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability.
